God is calling you for more. God does not want you some of the time, He wants you all the time. He will not be satisfied until He has your full attention. Honestly, you do yourself and your purpose an justice when you settle for anything less than God. Having a relationship with God where you are one foot in and one foot out cheats you out of seeing God's best for your life. Sometimes, you may be able to hide from other people but you can never hide from God. To outsiders you may look all holy and sanctified but you know in you heart that you are not fully right with him. You know the level of your disobedience. You have an awareness of when you choose to ignore the call of the Holy Spirit to go and pray or your refusal to honor the push of God to let go of certain relationships or friends. Living that type of life style hurts your personal progression and hinders your ability to witness.
Time is precious. It may seem like you have all the time in the world but in reality every minute you spend outside of the will of God is one minute too long. The longer you give into disobedience, the more opportunities slip through your fingers. Living one foot in and one foot out welcomes duality. Living two lives demands a certain level of secrecy and indicates a desire to hide from reality. What are you running from? What you can be sure of is at some point your life will catch up with you. You can't run forever. What is terribly unfortunate is living a dual lifestyle dilutes the message of Jesus Christ. Our dual lifestyle is what the world rejects, not the message of Jesus Christ. It is imperative to your ability to witness, that you choose who you are going to serve - this world or God? No matter your current condition or identity, the ability to walk Christ is always at your disposal. You decide. As long as you are breathing there is hope.
What is wonderful about God is that He is all knowing and patient. God will wait for you. Sadly, time will not. For some of us, our reconciliation with God is long overdue. Developing a relationship with God is essential to our progression to fulfilling the promise God has set before us. Receiving Christ in your heart is only the beginning. Walking with Christ requires so much more. We are not supposed to be so enthralled with this world that we neglect the blessings and gifts of living for God. I John 2: 15-17 reads, "" Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father[d] is not in them. For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever."

However, it is the unpredictability of life that can cause you to miss the fullness of your potential. Life is not guaranteed and your purpose is not promised. Our lives are composed of a set of choices we make. Everything in your life is a sum result of decisions you decided to make. You may not have chosen your circumstances, but you did choose the way you reacted to them. Just because bad situations occur does not mean that you can't have faith that moves mountains. All you need is to have faith, a belief that is as small as a mustard seed. Matthew 17:20 reads, "He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
It does not benefit you the walk with one foot in and one foot out. The bible speaks specifically about the importance of understanding that you cannot serve two masters. Serving God does not consists of shades of gray. Either you follow him or you don't. In this, God does not call for your perfection, but He does call for you to yield to the perfection of Him. Discipline yourself to adhere to God's commandments. Living fully for God is the biggest step in moving you toward truly living out loud. It starts with the decisions you make today. Open yourself up to receive Christ or rededicate your life to him, ask God to help you connect to a wonderful church, and begin to model yourself after His heart. Praying Psalm 119:33-35 below is a great way to prepare your mind to live fully for Christ. There's no need to run from Him. Your best life yet is ahead of you and your time is too precious to waste.
"Teach me your decrees, O Lord; I will keep them to the end. Give me understanding and I will obey your instructions; I will put them into practice with all my heart. Make me walk along the path of your commands, for that is where my happiness is found."
